Who can be the beneficiary of my life insurance?
You can designate as a beneficiary any natural person or any legal person, him or she being a legal beneficiary or not.
What are the documents that I must send to claim pain therapy, yoga and psychology services?
You should send an expense receipt showing a breakdown of the benefits paid by the insured. The receipt should contain the address, name, and profession of the person providing the service. In the case of yoga, it should be administered by a certified yoga guru.
How much time do I have to settle a claim for Funeral?
You should settle the claim before 12 months from the date of death.
What if I want to purchase an additional cover?
You can contact the Life Insurance Cooperative of Puerto Rico, COSVI at 787-751-7373 where an Authorized Representative will guide you on the insurance policies and endorsements that we have available. You can also contact your insurance agent directly.
What are the methods of payment are available in COSVI?
