Pay a monthly rent balance of up to $500 to someone who has a rental contract with a housing cooperative as one year of rent and a life insurance benefit in case you die.
Benefits
Life insurance is a one-time payment to the beneficiary named by the insured.
- The rent benefit will be paid to the Housing Cooperative.

- Accidental Death Endorsement Benefit: Under this benefit, an equivalent additional amount will be paid to which the insured is entitled, depending on the coverage options offered by the policy. Accidental death under this insurance is to arise from a single cause of external, violent, and accidental bodily injury within ninety (90) days from the date of the accident.
