For this reason, is an obligation of each employee to offer the Inability Non-Temporary Occupational Insurance. According to Law No. 139, SINOT protects your employees from loss of incapacity due to illness or accident not related to work.
Benefits
- Basic Plan: Weekly benefits equal to 65% of weekly salary, up to $113.00 for up to 26 weeks. A death benefit of $4,000 and a benefit for disbursement of up to $4,000. This response is under the Incapacity Non-Temporary Occupational Benefits Act No. 139 of 1968.
- Funeral plan: Weekly benefits equivalent to 65% of the weekly salary up to a maximum of $113.00 for a maximum period of 26 weeks. Death and disbursement benefit up to $4,000. This response is by the provisions of Law No. 139 of 1968, The Non-Occupational Incapacity Welfare Act. What’s more Funeral Insurance is up to $3,000.
- Max Sinot: Weekly benefits equal to up to 65% of weekly salary, up to a maximum of $165.00, for 30 weeks. The death benefit of $5,000 and the disbursement benefit of up to $5,000. This benefit is $1,000additional to the $4,000 that Law 139 of 1968, stipulates Law of Inability Non-Occupational Benefit. Funeral Insurance, up to $5,000.

One-time premium payment is not applicable. Premiums o Paid in full for one year, and the insured applies for the cancellation of coverage before termination of coverage.
