Group plan
The collective insurance of Mortgage Credit covers your loan guaranteed by a mortgage; a legal deed or escrow or another instrument that constitutes assessment or legal charge over your real estate and that is conceded by the Cooperative as a mortgage creditor.
The amortization period should not be 5 years but should not exceed 30 years.
Benefits
- The amount of Insurance could reach $250,000.
- Provides joint coverage.
- Provides the benefit to pay the balance of the loan at the death of the insured debtor.

Contract dispositions
- Should be working a minimum of 30 hours a week.
- Be in a state of good health.
