As a Customer Experience Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:
Responsible for the management, planning, organization of the assigned Service Center, aligned to business goals and strategies and meeting the objective of exceeding customer expectations. Supervise the work performed by service representatives to ensure the quality and efficiency of processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas.
• 3 to 4 years of experience performing similar functions.
• Knowledge and experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• It is essential and imperative that you possess robust communication skills, that you can establish appropriate interpersonal relationships. Must have the ability to establish empathy and have the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles, OFAC, QuickAddress.
• Must be service-oriented and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Knowledge and mastery of the following electronic systems: Banking and Procurement Systems.
• Required Language: Spanish- Advanced, English- Intermediate.
