Customer Experience Representative
As a Customer Experience Representative, your responsibilities will be:
Guide, investigate and channel any service request through personal, telephone or written attention. If necessary, perform business conservation management. In addition, channel those situations that require greater authority or that merit directing them to other departments. As well as giving continuity to each case until the service requested by the client is completed.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Technical Degree in Administrative Assistant, Secretarial or related areas.
- 1 to 2 years of experience with similar responsibilities.
- Requires basic knowledge of office management and customer experience concepts.
- Knowledge and mastery in the use of the Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- It must be service-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Required language: Spanish- Intermediate, English- Basic.
- Availability to work after hours, including weekends and holidays.
